For warmups, we did the usual jumping jacks, crunches, pushups, etc…and then we had to run in place, do 5 frog hops, run in place, 4 frog hops, all the way down to 1 frog hop for a total of 15. Then sprint in place (like we aren’t tired already) for about 10-15 seconds.
After doing that exercise, I got a bit light headed and breathing didn’t resume back to a normal level. About 10 minutes later, I started Kata 6 and about mid-way, started getting light headed again. I stopped.
20 hours later I was in ICU for four days with massive blood clots in both lungs and one big one in the pulmonary artery.
