Missed the first week in November because of the World Series games falling on Monday and Wednesday. Tonight’s class was just a basic workout using pads. We started off with doing a front ball 10 on each leg, then a reverse crescent, then a reverse crescent into a roundhouse. Then a crescent, roundhouse into a spinning hook kick. 10 on each leg. It was just a good workout for endurance, balance and coordination. In my 1/2 private prior to the class, I was working on Swift Tiger and probably up to 95% completing the form.
